Hello everyone,
I'm safe in Frankfurt, flight was ok managed to sweet talk an air hostess and got a really nice seat with nothing ahead of me, feet out, and some decent sleep. I'm at the airport now waiting to get on to my flight to Marseilles.... Weather is decidedly average in Frankfurt, exactly how I imagined Germany would be. They serve Coke at room temp, WTF? I asked for a cold one, and the guy asked what do you want a cold coke for on a day like this? What a dick!
Sat next to a guy on the plane who holidays in Avignon, seems like I'm in for the time of my life... First meal, a pretzel and a warm coke set me back €5, FML. Here's to hoping small town living is cheaper!
